Three deputies of the Roji-Green Alliance, in the Danish Parliament, condemn the inclusion of Cuba in the list of countries sponsoring terrorism.

In the Danish Parliament, three deputies raise their voices in support of Cuba's condemnation of the arbitrary decision of the outgoing government, led by the Trump Administration, to include our country in the spurious list of countries sponsoring terrorism.

The parliamentarians expressed their strongest rejection of the economic, commercial and financial blockade that the United States maintains in an illegal way; against the Caribbean island for six decades.

The document, sent to all the press, request the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Denmark, Jeppe Kofod, to reject "the classification of Cuba as a terrorist country", and "actively work to lift the economic blockade" of the United States .UU against the Cuban people.

To the press:

The Alianza Roji-Verde party condemns the inclusion of Cuba in the list of countries that sponsor terrorism.

Secretary of State Mike Pompeo announced before his departure that the United States would once again put Cuba on the list of states that sponsor terrorism.

During his administration, Obama eliminated Cuba from the list of terrorist countries.

Thus, at the last minute, the Trump administration reversed the best thing Obama had done to improve relations between the two countries.

It is a very unreasonable accusation that will harm Cuba's ability to attract foreign investment and trade with other countries.

We condemn the United States' harassment of Cuba, both in terms of the long-standing economic blockade against the country, and in terms of the repression of American terror against the country.
We call on Foreign Minister, Jeppe Kofod, to reject the classification of Cuba as a terrorist country, and that actively work for the lifting of the US economic blockade against Cuba.
