Namibian President Requests the Immediate and Unconditional End of the Blockade UNITEDNATIONS, NEW YORK, September 23, 2011.- The President of Namibia, Hifikepunye Pohamba, stated, during his speech at the United Nations General Assembly, the necessity to end immediately and unconditionally the US blockade against Cuba.
